EP forklifts: background information
EP Equipment is the Chinese machine-building corporation, which is included in the TOP-3 leading PRC plants in terms of sales of lifting and transport equipment. Having representatives on three main continents, the company supplies modern, productive and reliable tools to optimize and increase the efficiency of loading and unloading operations in the warehouse.
The history of the holding begins in 1993 with the release of the first loaders.
The start was successful, and already in 1996 the field of activity was expanded by the production of spare parts.
Focusing on the market trends of the late 1990s, in 1999, EP Equipment proceeds to the production of electric loaders.
From this moment, the design and release of equipment with an electric drive that meets strict environmental standards and satisfying user requests is the main priority and development vector for the company.
Since the beginning of the XXI century, the company, having strengthened the domestic market of the PRC, begins to expand the zones of presence and increase production volumes.
So, for these purposes, in 2002, the EP-USA branch opens in the United States, and in 2003 a new factory for the production of fork loaders in Zinjiang is launched.
In 2008, EP Equipment began the production of consolidated products of the I / II / III classes at the new factory in Anji.
In 2009, having bought BigJoe, EP Equipment continues to master the American market.
In 2011, the corporation enters the European market, opening a branch in Belgium, and in 2015 expands the presence in Southeast Asia, launching a unit in Thailand.
