Gleaner combines background information
Currently, Gleaner offers two episodes of S8 and S9 grain harvesting combines, which use the original and only threshing and separation scheme in the world with a transverse rotor. Bread mass from the coda platform is taken by an inclined conveyor and transmitted to the second conveyor, which serves it to the rotor. Then it is captured by the beater with the beaches of the rotor, wrapped, sipped and, moving to the left side of the combine, is thrown out of the threshing device with a lobed thirty. Two camshafts located under the casing of the rotor serve a wiped heap to the rubberized rossy rollers, which are thrown through the air flow to clean.
Gleaner specialists note the following advantages of their grain harvesting combines:
- Significant power reserve: the difference between the maximum and nominal capacities is 23-56 kW, in analogues-33-49 kW;
- the location of the engines on the combines is the rear, which provides the best distribution of weight, the availability of maintenance and repair, a decrease in noise and vibration in the cab;
- The supply of bread mass to the ground occurs without changing the direction, which affects the quality of the threshing;
- threshing and separation occurs throughout the circumference of the rotor;
- The process of cleaning the grain heap is carried out in two stages: pre -air stream and on sieves;
- Compared to analogues, with the same rotor diameter, its lower length, large bunker capacity (except for the John Deere S 680 combine) and the performance of the unloaded screw;
- The smaller mass of combines compared to analogues reduces the power loss and soil compaction.
