Isuzu truck fault codes list
Read codes
1) Turn the ignition ON, without starting the engine.
2) Connect leads 4 and 6 of the diagnostic socket under the instrument panel.
3) Read the codes by the number of flashes of the indicator "CHECK ENGINE".
In the absence of malfunctions, the indicator lights up for 0.4 seconds with an interval of 3.2 seconds - the code of the norm (01) is displayed.
If there is a malfunction, the indicator flashes at intervals of 0.4 seconds. The first sequence of flashes corresponds to the first number of the diagnostic code consisting of two digits.
After a pause of 1.2 seconds, a second sequence of flashes corresponding to the second number of code is output. The same code is output three times in a row with an interval of 3.2 seconds. The next fault code (if present) is similarly displayed three times in succession following the previous one. After the last code is output, the process is repeated again.
Resetting codes
1) Turn the ignition OFF.
2) Connect leads No. 4 and No. 6 of the diagnostic connector.
3) Move the gearbox control lever to a position other than "P" or "N".
4) Switch on the ignition and press the accelerator / brake pedals alternately within 3 seconds.
