LGMG MT86H
LGMG (Linyi Lingong Machinery Group) is one of the largest manufacturers of construction equipment from China. The company has been operating since 1972. One of the key areas of his work today is the release of career equipment: dump trucks and excavators.
LGMG MT86H - a universal career dump truck with a lifting capacity of 60 tons with a body volume of 35 cubic meters (in standard design). MT86H is an excellent compromise between classic (4 × 2) career dump trucks that allows you to start transporting ore materials at low starting costs for the purchase and maintenance of equipment.
Engine
The LGMG MT86H career is equipped with a six -cylinder Weichai engine with 420 hp. (There are also modifications with a power of up to 460 hp). The engine volume is 11 596 cubic meters. cm, maximum torque 1750 nm.
As additional equipment, a diesel pre -heater of the engine is available.
Transmission and chassis
The LGMG MT86H career dump truck has a 6 × 4 wheeled formula. The technique is equipped with a fast 7DS200 gearbox, created specifically for high loads. The gearbox has 7 gears forward and 1 back. In the gearboxes, interprete and interdest differentials are installed, facilitating movements even in difficult conditions and on unstable soil.
Leading bridges for LGMG career dump trucks are made by Hande Axels (Weichai Group).
The suspension of the dump truck is implemented by leaf springs with longitudinal and transverse stabilizers.
The maximum load is 25 tons on the front axle and 35 tons on the rear. Tire size 14.00R25.
